    Hi Rodrigo,

I have been studying your Comersus solution and would like to find out more about how your merchants ship their orders. I see that your Power Pack offers shipping rate calculation so partnering with us may be a natural progression. Our company, Endicia, is a postal technology provider that enables businesses to print live shipping labels. We also partner with ecommerce providers (such as Volusion, ProductCart or Kyozou) that integrate Endicia’s shipping APIs so customers can fulfill shipments without having to leave your platform. Completing the fulfillment value chain makes for a seamless customer experience and there is also a revenue upside for you as a partner.

Let me know if you can make time to chat.

    Kind Regards,

    Partner Team

That feature has not been requested by our users but you are welcome to contact us to request an integration quote if you want to add that function to default Comersus Cart.

We’ve been using Comersus 7.15 since 2010. We purchased Power pack. Order # 0022810071
    We have two questions.
    1. We recently upgraded our PayPal to PayPal Payments Advanced. After Generating the API Signature and copying the appropriate scripts from PayPal to BackofficePlus, (Not using sandbox) we tried to run a test sale.
Apparently we need comersus_gatewayPayPalExpress1.asp and any other subsequent applicable pages. I can not seem to locate them in our folders, yet, we have Power pack.
Can you help us aquire these pages? We need them to continue or we’re dead in the water.
    2. Also, we purchased a SSL certificate for several forms we created for lessons, etc…Ideally, we would like to use the certifate for any login to our site as well.
Is there an easier way to set this up via some setting in backofficeplus, or do we just redirect links manually to https?
Your quick response is much appreciated.

  4. I just paid for urgent support because our site is down and has been all day today – if not being down since Friday evening late. A message pops up asking for authentication. Furthermore, we cannot even get to the page to log into the Back Office in order to retrieve any orders that may have been placed. A pop up is received when we try to go to that page as well stating that authentication is required. This is CRITICAL!
