Dear Comersus users and customers,
We take this opportunity to wish you Happy Holidays.
2007 has been a year with lots of developments in Comersus.
We have integrated a new aesthetic identity to our site and
the same has been favorably welcomed by the users. We have also
developed new templates for those who wish to change the default
layout of their stores. We have added new gateways and improved
existing integrations such as Google
Checkout and PayPal
Pro. We have included a tool to automatically determine
the keyword chain in each product, thus facilitating the possibility
to optimize the stores in the current Internet positioning scheme.
We have also improved the way in which products are presented
by including the possibility to embed YouTube videos and we
introduced numerous minor adjustments on functions that are
not so visible but which keep the shopping cart running in a
solid, reliable way.
As regards the website, we worked on simplifying and prioritizing
the information so that it is easier to understand what Comersus
has to offer and to better select the different products and
services.
To conclude this year, Comersus is releasing version
7.095. This upgrade includes new functionalities such as
the possibility to zoom in/out from the product detail view,
the integration of new gateways, XML feeds and exports, improvements
on the rental feature and several minor patches to issues reported
since the last release.
